Because Brian L. McCarty has absolutely nothing to do.

What could he do? He has no skills.

Who could he talk to? Every organization he steals from has been notified,
and they form a closely knit community.

There's no evidence he can talk, anyway. How many people have ever had a
conversation with Brian L. McCarty? The man is such a complete coward he
hangs up the phone if a man answers, but will berate a woman.

Who would go into business with him? His domains have false registrations,
fictitious people as fronts, and nothing to sell.

He's fat, ugly, and has a voice that sounds like a Cuisinart on high.

He already screwed with John Howard's brother. That's enough to burn his
bridges.

Brian L. McCarty is a dead-ender. He has nowhere to go, nothing to do with
