Some folks have tried to write technical papers and have failed.

Writing is easy!!! YOU JUST HAVE TO UNDERSTAND HOW IT'S DONE!

First, you ought to know what you are talking about. Otherwise you might
be like NOISANE. If you have never worked in a bay, you don't know what
you are talking about. If you don't own a 4x4 with a giant antenna with
a funny coil the bass, you don't know what you're talking about.
Finally, if you don't have big shiney metal knobs on your stereo, YOU
DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT. You are just a newbie!

Next, you must remember that if you use too many big words, folks won't
know what you're talking about. Only use big words once. Use simpler
words more often. Folks understand simple words. KEEP IT SIMPLE STUPID -
KISS. When possible, you should get pictures. They don't have to be very
good, as long as they get the point across. Folks love pictures.

Next, you need to use lots of exclamation points!!! Folks won't know
what is important and what is not important if you don't use them. Use
two or three for important things. Use 4 or 5 for important things that
are important because they are funny!!!! If you are asking a question,
only use one or two question marks, like this: Tony, do you speak
english?? But if you are trying to be funny, then use many exclamation
points and question marks together, like this: Tom, did you ever install
anything in a real car, not that wimpy little fiberglass corvette!?!??!

You should capitalize properly. This lets folks know that you are really
excited. AND IF YOU DO IT RIGHT, FOLKS WILL REMEMBER WHAT YOU SAY!!

Finally, if you have tried and tried to explain something to someone,
and they don't admit you are right and they are wrong, call them a few
names. They will get mad then, but they will realize they are wrong, and
call you names back, then everyone else will see that they are wrong.
For example: YOU ARE WRONG DICKY-POOH!!! WHY DON'T YOU BAN ME, SO I WILL
STOP MAKING YOU LOOK STUPID!??!?

If you follow all of these rules, you can write great technical papers,
and folks will think you are really smart. Then one day, you will know
that you are smarter than other people, because you will get a message
that says this:
