I completely agree. I bought a Dell computer, have had nothing but nightmares
dealing with Dell service.No matter what dept you try to get , It will be answered by a person with a heavy Indian accent.By the way, if you buy over the phone from one of the Dell salespeople, be sure you get everything in writing,they will say anything to make a sale, especially the one year interest free crap which won't happen, they will charge you 19.99% when your first bill arrives, and the customer service person with the heavy Indian accent-and a name like Shawn or Shannon, or some other typical Indian name! - will tell you that you didn't qualify, two months after you have received your computer, and made your first payment. This has happened to three people I know, including myself. Dell service is probably the worst service I have ever dealt with. I will NEVER buy anything from Dell again. |
