Default Aloha Y'all! (!#@$#%^ PT Spam!)

Last question of the Hawaiian trilogy;
Everytime I open up a Protools LE session I get some Spam trying
to sell me "DigiTranslator" (trial), and "DFX Chorus" (expired).
Sherlock can't find them on my hard-drive, the sneaky *******s! Can
anyone guide me through deleting these buggas? I'm on a G4 laptop
running system 10.3.
Mahalo, as always.
Well, it's sunny and warm and the surf's pounding on the reef
outside my window. Time for some barrels. Now you can eat your heart
out, Will! :)
Cheers, Rick.

Look in Applications Digidesign Pro Tools Plugin Aliases. Select the
ones you want to delete and put them in the trash.

Digi really ought to mention this in the instalation instructions.

Have a blast!

Thanks Joe and Greg. Unfortunately, I'd already tried both of those
methods but with no success. There is a plug-in simply called,
"Chorus", but I didn't delete that. Is that perhaps actually the same
as the "DFX Chorus"? And I find nothing remotely similar to
"DigiTranslator" trial. I'm suprised that Sherlock can't find them.
It doesn't seem as effective in the new system 10.3.
Cheers, and thanks again, Rick.

You may also want to try looking in Hard Drive Library Application
Support Digidesign Plugins and try to pull the chorus and
Digitranslator out from there.
