It's been argued that the black market is the only true example of free
enterprise left on the planet. And it's so pervasive it even managed to
infiltrate the tightly controlled economies of communist China & the former
USSR, where the hottest commodity used to be American made Levi's (back
when there was a such thing as American made Levi's).
