Hallo,
ich habe mir die MBox von Digidesign zugelegt. Auf meinem Laptop habe
ich ProTools 6.1 installiert. Das Betriebssystem ist WIN XP.
Nach den angegebenen Einstellungen (DMA der Festplatte eingestellt
usw.) habe ich folgendes Problem:
Sobald ich einen Track für die Aufnahme "scharf" geschaltet habe und
dann den record starten will, funktioniert die Aufnahme erst nach
mehrfachen starten der Aufnahme (manchmal bis zu 15 mal). Dies ist
sehr lässtig.
Hat irgendjemand eine Lösung für dieses Problem?

All I can really tell for sure is that you are running an MBox on a WinXP
laptop.

Hello, I added myself the MBox of Digidesign. On my laptop I installed

adjusted etc..) I have the following problem: As soon as I switched a
TRACK for the record "sharply" and then the records to start want,
the record function starts only after repeated to the record(sometimes
up to 15 times). This is very annoying. Does somebody have a

Well.....

From what it sounds like, you have to tell it to go into record some 15
times before it acutally does?

I am running 6.1 on a Mac OS 10.2.8, and have never had this problem.
Apple+Spacebar puts it into record as long as the track is armed.

Make sure the track is armed, and that you are in fact doing whatever it is
you need to do to put it into record on a PC. There may be an odd setting in
your record/playback setup. Check there. Also, check the quick keys list in
the preferences. That will help you enormously.
