I know not exactly the right group, but I know I'll get a quick and accurate
response from you guys. I bought a used Parker Fly and didn't get the
cable. So I need to wire a stereo to 2x TS cable to use the magnetic
pickups with an amp and the piezo with a DI. My question is, where should
the shield go? I assume TRS tip would go to one TS and the TRS ring would
go to the other TS connector, but what about TRS sleeve?

TRS sleeve should go to both TS sleeves vial the shield.

You'll want to split the shield and wire it to the sleeve of each of
the two TS plugs. You're correct that the tip of the TRS goes to the
tip of one of the TS plugs and the sleeve goes to the tip of the other
TS plug.

Alternately, since you might want to run the two pickups through
different amps, you might just run two pieces of single conductor
shielded cable to a TRS plug. Connect one cable to the tip, with its
shield connect to the sleeve of the TRS plug, and the other cable to
the ring, with its shield also connected to the sleeve of the TRS. Of
course on the TS end, center conductor to the tip, shield to the
sleeve.
