Yes, they both can, but there are some exceptions; epecially with
DVD-RAM disks. You just have to try it to see if your flavor of FAT32
works.

We make an audio hard disk recorder that generates FAT DVD-RAM disks
and MAC OSX reads them just fine. Mac OS9 requires some drivers from
Software Architects.

note: Mac OS9 and Mac OSX can read FAT16 DVD-RAM disks with the proper
drivers, while Win XP cannot read FAT16 DVD-RAM disks at all.

if you mean a floppy, you should be able to do it, but you might need
to download a utility. i don't think you'll get to a hdd, tho. i'm
sure a google search will show a lot of info . . .

if possible, just use FTP or CD-R to transfer files, since FTP works
around fs's and (most) every OS recognizes the ISO fs.

YES....MAC will read it fine. You need to have the ISO 9660 extension
installed and then it will read(and write) to FAT32 without a problem.
