Default matching subs to amp

I listen to alternative, hip hop/rap, and techno/dance stuff most
often, so they'll need to be fairly versatile. I'm looking for sound
quality mainly. I'd like a good thump, but I don't want to shake my
car apart and set off car alarms. They'll be going in my trunk,
obviously, which is pretty big, but I'd still like to be able to have
space left over. I was thinking sealed boxes, nothing too fancy or
expensive.

Honestly, for what you listen to a well designed ported enclosure would be
best, especially with the size of your amp. A pair of Image Dynamics
IDQ12's would be great in there.
