If the amp generates much heat at all, then no, it's not enough room. I have
found that even as much as 3 to 4 inches can make an amp run hotter, especially if there is a ninety degree front edge to the shelf, like on mine. Mark Z. "Wojtas G." wrote in message ... The rear and both sides of the shelf unit are open so the amplifier will have a lot of space around itself. The amplifier's power is 6x75W RMS and the nominal power is 290W.
