![]() San Diego, Oct. 9 -- Yet another major earthquake has rattled the Pacific Rim. Today's temblor registered yap-yap-yap on the international scale. The quake appears to have originated in Oslo, Norway, in a region that rarely experiences seismic activity. The shock wave took a unique form, apparently a linear configuration stretching for hundreds of miles, before terminating with a bang in San Diego, California. Earwitnesses reported hearing piercing, agonized yapping when the quake struck. Reverberations of great magnitude are expected throughout the wingnut blogosphere. Seismologists in Oslo had no scientific explanation for today's bizarre phenomenon, but a great deal of smirking was observed throughout Europe. We await word from San Diego EMS on Scottiedog's condition. |
