Dayum! Those "conservatives" are STUPID!
Scottie, have you noticed the epidemic of crippling stupidity among your fellow travelers in the past couple of weeks? It all boiled up when a mob of marching morons descended on D.C. to complain about "all that change". Apparently, many of your fellow sheep believe that the U.S. is going to keep ownership of G.M. and Chrysler in order to promote some "socialist agenda". Can you imagine? They actually believe that! And they also believe that President Obama WANTS to keep the banks as government property just so he can cap the fatcats' salaries. I suppose you'll say they don't really believe that, but you'd be wrong. What would have been different if Cranky John McCain had won the Presidency instead of Obama (note ambiguous syntax, please)? Auto company bailouts? No difference. Bank bailouts? No difference. Health care reform? Big difference. BTW, do you realize that McCain is going to be eligible for Medicare soon? I hope you know that Medicare, the largest socialist endeavor ever undertaken by this country, is doing pretty well by citizens. The only complaints are about insufficient coverage. Nobody gets dropped because they're no longer profitable, unlike with for-profit insurance companies. So now the herds of "conservative" sheep are screeching about everything changing. The reality is that health care reform is the only big change being pushed by Obama. We're still mired in two wars in the Middle East, one that is righteous and one that is not. McCain said he wasn't interested in forming exit strategies until the missions are completed. Obama knows that we can't occupy either Afghanistan or Iraq indefinitely. Big change there! Scottie, can you explain why your gang are so damned stupid? Please try. |

Hyperbole and distortion certainly exist on the left, but they are a minor chord in the Democratic Party. It is a very different story among Republicans... ...The philosophically supple party that existed as recently as George H.W. Bush's presidency has been obliterated. The party's putative intellectuals — people like the Weekly Standard's William Kristol — are prosaic tacticians who make precious few substantive arguments but oppose health-care reform mostly because passage would help Barack Obama's political prospects. In 1993, when the Clintons tried health- care reform, the Republican John Chafee offered a creative (in fact, superior) alternative — which Kristol quashed with his famous "Don't Help Clinton" fax to the troops. There is no Republican health-care alternative in 2009. The same people who rail against a government takeover of health care tried to enforce a government takeover of Terri Schiavo's end-of-life decisions. And when Palin floated the "death panel" canard, the number of prominent Republicans who rose up to call her out could be counted on one hand. http://www.time.com/time/nation/arti...917525,00.html This theory fits nicely with Clyde's recent claims that because he personally doesn't know a thing it is a lie. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!! |

So to you either everybody lies or nobody does. But then again you're a lying stripper so we have RAO's equivalent of Epimenides. |

Sacky misses the point. the statement in question is Boon's, whether he has known you for at least 10 years. I believe his statement is a lie, Why would I lie about such a thing? What do I stand to gain? It's just kind of silly when you think about it. He figures he can goad you into spilling the beans. Clyde is clearly suffering from excess drinking.
