Quote Arnold B. Krueger "As I've explained before, these
files were downloaded from a web site belonging to a
prestigious university that is well known for its
involvement with audio sound quality evaluations. The names of the
files came from the source."

Did you have permission of the copyright holder to use
these files and where is the acknowledgement or credits
of the source?

The files were not protected by a copyright.

Since they were in the public domain, there was no need to identify the
source.

Nice try, Terry. Almost.
