Hello group,
I own a Yamaha P80 digital piano and the keys have been braking one by one since i bought it some years ago. I spoke to the store where i bought it in Amsterdam but they won't help because they just want to sell me a newer model. I now live in Paris France and when i call Yamaha France they just refer me to a Yamaha dealer who says they can't help me. I've read on many forums on the internet that the P80 i bought is faulty and i learned that in North America, Germany and England Yamaha replaces the faulty keyboard with a new one but in France i' can't even order replacement keys to try and fix the more than 10 broken keys. Has anyone here had this problem, does anyone have a suggestion? thanks, -JJ |
