((The National Alliance's new leader is Erich "The Aryan Barbarian"
Gliebe. That is, he was a boxer who fought professionally under that title with moderate success. Since Pierce died, they really haven't had anyone with his, er, charm....But Gliebe here makes some interesting points. Bret.)) Race Card Played in Illinois Political Farce by Erich Gliebe American Dissident Voices Broadcast of January 10, 2009 "Hello, and welcome back to another edition of American Dissident Voices, the Internet radio program of the National Alliance, North America's foremost racialist organization. I'm your host and the Chairman of the Alliance, Erich Gliebe. Illinois, particularly Chicago, has always had a reputation for political dishonesty and corruption. In fact, three governors in the past 35 years have gone to prison. One still serves time there. The latest example of alleged corruption is Democrat Governor Rod Blagojevich's arrest by U.S. Marshals on December 9th at his Chicago home. Blago, as he is called, has been very unpopular since elected to his first and second terms as governor. His arrogance, his irresponsible approach to the economy, and his insistence on working out of Chicago rather than out of the state capitol of Springfield have fueled criticism among Democrats and Republicans alike. His battle with the Illinois legislature of his own party has invited derision from across America. As strange as it may sound, some credible voices have questioned his mental health. Still, in the last gubernatorial election, Republicans managed to put up someone of even less credibility as a challenge. Blago won. Before his arrest, Blago's approval rating stood at a dismal 13%, and after his arrest his approval rating plummeted to an even more embarrassing 9%. Has any other American elected official ever scored an approval rating that low? I doubt it. As hated as President George Bush is, his approval rating is three times higher than Blago's. Now before we go any further, let me point out that democracy as a whole is flawed, and that it cannot work in a multiracial society and nor can it work in a society in which its news and entertainment media are controlled by the Jews. As I speak, Blago is out of jail on bail and facing imminent impeachment and trial. As most listeners know, Blago's recent arrest was based on his apparent attempt to sell Barack Obama's vacated Senate seat to the highest bidder. Wire taps in an ongoing investigation caught the governor on tape saying that Obama's Senate seat is worth a lot of money, and he, Blago, intends to get his share. He suggested among other things, that the high bidder could get his wife a better paying job and contribute heavily to his planned re- election and to his planned run for the presidency in 2012. We can at least assume that those long-range plans are now crushed. Blago's ability to legitimately appoint a replacement for Obama was thrown into question by Democrat Senate Chairman Harry Reid and Democrat Illinois Senator Dick Durbin, both of whom said that the Senate will not seat anyone Blago names to Obama's seat due to the "smell of corruption" that would accompany that appointment. Well, the embattled governor chose to appoint a replacement for Obama anyway. Apparently, one bidder for the position was Black Illinois Representative Jesse Jackson, Jr., the son of shakedown artist and race baiter Jesse "I am somebody" Jackson. One who turned down Blago's bargain was Black Representative Danny Davis of Chicago. Based on the facts, it readily becomes apparent that Blago was set on filling Obama's seat with a Black. But why? Let's examine the situation closely. Barack Obama was elected Messiah of America after accomplishing absolutely nothing during his short terms as Illinois Representative and State Senator. But he WAS Black, which seemed to be a qualification in itself. Pundits opined that White complacency in electing Obama had assuaged White guilt. Whites could now shout from the rooftops that, contrary to news coverage and ongoing charges, they were not racist. Hell, they just helped elect a Black president, didn't they? Be that as it may, Blago wanted to appoint someone to Obama's senate seat who could be approved and seated. Getting his appointment seated would prove that he was still an active governor undeterred by the corruption charges against him. Therefore, who better to appoint than a Black? Would the Democrat establishment really rise up to prevent a Black from being seated in the Senate? Blago didn't think so. In the light of this political intrigue, Blago nominated Black former Attorney General of Illinois Roland Burris. If seated, Burris would be the only Black in the United States Senate. Without Burris in the Senate, that body could be tainted by the smell of an alive and well American racism. In fact, in the news conference in which he appointed Burris, Blago said he was appointing Burris essentially for one reason: the man was Black, and the Senate needed at least one Black member. So, largely for his own survival, Blago appointed Burris to the seat. In fairness to Burris, most Illinoisans consider the elderly politician an honest public official qualified for the job. But that must not have concerned Blago since he had earlier offered the seat at a price to less savory Blacks before settling on the reputedly competent Burris. Still, Obama, Durbin, and Reid continued to insist that no Blago appointee should be seated because of the smell of corruption. The Democrat Party wanted Blago out, but he refused and still refuses to go. In the interim, Democrats don't want to be associated with their disgraced governor. Then came along Black Illinois Representative Bobby Rush from the South Side of Chicago to play the race card on behalf of Blago and Burris. Rush, a former leader of the Black Panthers, and the only man ever to beat Obama in an election, agreed with Blago that the Senate needs at least one Black member. When people play the race card they rely on remnants of White guilt to see them through. They are usually unconcerned with a Black person's credentials. The person's Blackness is enough to qualify him. To demonstrate his point, Rush conjured up old Ku Klux Klan phantoms in asking the Senate "not to hang or lynch the appointee as you try to castigate the appointer. " He pressed on in a CBS Early Show interview, comparing the Senate's avowed refusal to seat Burris to White governors in the Jim Crow South who fought integration of Southern schools. Will appeals to these tactics ever end? For Rush, the appointed Black could have been a degenerate wino from the south side of Chicago. It didn't matter. They want a Black. Any Black! So, should one senate seat be set-aside for a Black? We already have such problems in the Supreme Court. Democrats are very concerned that Blacks and women be adequately represented, credentials be damned. They take the best Black or woman that is available. This is also a problem in America's colleges and universities. These institutions act on the assumption that they must admit a certain percentage of non-Whites in order to offer students the sacred cow of diversity. Again, credentials be damned! The Blagojevich/Burris affair is affirmative action in an area where affirmative action doesn't apply in any way. We must give at least minimal credit to Obama and other Blacks who stick by their guns and say any appointee by Blagojevich should not be approved. Nevertheless, a problem arises for those attacking Blago. According to the Illinois Constitution, he is still the acting governor and has the right to fill Obama's seat with anyone he chooses. Blago pleads his innocence and demands that he be allowed to carry out his constitutional prerogatives until proven guilty of some crime. The courts will probably agree. Then if certain Senate leaders refuse to seat Burris, the courts will find them out of line. In other words, regardless of chicanery, Burris will eventually be seated. So here is the bottom line to all of this. Burris has announced that he will go to Washington to be sworn in as Senator. Other top Democrats vow they will not seat him. But wait. In an interview this previous weekend, Harry Reid left open the possibility of some sort of compromise that would allow Burris to be seated. Is Reid cracking under pressure from Blacks and guilty Whites? Is he coming to grips with what the Constitution requires? Regardless, the walls come tumbling down. At this point we must wonder how "guilty" Illinois Whites still feel. They helped in large numbers to elect a Black Illinoisan of little experience to lead our nation. That must have felt good to their guilt-ridden souls! But are they willing to see Roland Burris seated by a governor previously willing to sell the seat to the highest Black bidder? Politics is a very interesting soap opera to some who follow it. It is a tragedy to those following it as a reflection of what America is. Will Bobby Rush and other race-baiters stir up a backlash for Roland Burris that will see Burris seated in the Senate? Will Blago's cynical appointment of a Black be proven insufficient to get his appointee seated and/or enough to get Blago easier treatment by those calling for his impeachment? Indeed the over-all question is a good one: should we expect or require that Blacks fill a certain number of Senate seats? Should we extend affirmative action to that level? We will know the answers to these questions in a few weeks. In the meantime, join or continue to support the National Alliance, the most prestigious organization in America devoted to the preservation of the White race and the biological elevation of our people. I'm Erich Gliebe, and thanks for being with me again today." |
