Not news to many fine, intelligent people who live in Detroit or many of the
rest of us who live in the suburbs of Detroit.

Detroit is a third world city, pure and simple. Everybody in the region
suffers with this blight in our lives. Michigan is actually two states -
Detroit is one, and the rest of Michigan is the other. It's just a matter of
waiting for the state government which is just barely controlled by "the
rest" to step in and take over various critical pieces of Detroit's
government, resuscitate it, and then step back and see if the residents can
get it right this time.

Most people who have a good way to stop living, working, or doing business
there, will probably do so.

It is tragic.

Even blacks I know admit Detroit is past the point of return.

The first wave of blacks to come in to Detroit were part of the black
intelligentsia and middle class. Those people were capable, probably,
of maintaining something like civilization, but the second wave were
the post-Great Society dysgenic wave, and they clearly can't. They are
about one half step removed from Haitians.

Blacks have gone a long way back in the 40+ years since LBJ's
efforts. Of course, whites have too-stupid whites are dysgenically
protected and live to breed as a consequence of improved trauma
medicine, sodium azide bags and ABS mandated in cars, and a general
Big Sisterization of society. And of course we now have a good
percentage of the least desireable people in Mexico here to contend
with too, to say nothing of a cornucopia of other odd remnants of the
planet.

You may blame it on technology and progress, but that's only a small
part of it. Biology is a major factor.

We badly need eugenic change. Detroit is just the tip of the iceberg,
or the future is a cross between Idiocracy and Blade Runner.
