The ideal immigrant is no immigrant..

First, we are over populated. We should be at around 220 million people
and we are at almost half again that if a really accurate count were done.


Secondly, we have stripped much of the "developing world" of its human
capital. We have sucked up probably 25% of the smartest one percent of
Indians, for example, a nation with some truly brilliant people but whose
really smart fraction is a tiny crust on a mass of truly stupid people-by
some estimates the average IQ of all Indians is comparable to that of
sub-Saharan Africa. The millennia-old caste system has hyper-stratified
them.

Secure our borders and let them change their own countries if they want a
better way of life.
