**Nope. What it means is that EVERY single problem facing the nation in the
next 4 years will be Obama's fault. Even the pre-existing ones created by
the previous administration. My bet is that the last 10 years' worth of
problems will take considerably longer than 4 years to solve. Some, will
never be solved.
