It took me a while to work out the significance of 141.

It's three short of three times four dozen, right? And three
fours are a dozen, of course.

I hope there were street parties, and fireworks, assuming
Canada is a better place than wherever people up there were
before it was born. Or is it a national day of mourning? I
have to admit I don't know how Canadians feel about Canada,
except that they seem touchy about the use of "American".
