Default Microtrack II powering delema

I recently bought a M-Audio Microtrack II recorder and have found the
internal battery doesn't last very long. Does anyone know whether
there is an external battery pack I can plug in to see me through the
day of recordings?

How long is not very long. You might have a defective unit. It has to be in
warranty. Exercise your rights!
