Default 1212m - how can I send 2 mono inputs to one stereo ASIO channel forsonar 7?

HI!

I have a problem: I got an Emu 1212m and Ican't figure this out. I had
been recording stereo audio tracks in Sonar until I got this card.
Almost everything I do is in stereo so that's how I prefer to work.
But although I had this card set up for a while to do this, I changed
it and cant seem to put it back.

The default setups send from each input to a specific buss. So input 1
goes to buss 1/2 and input 2 goes to buss 3/4.

(inputs are the mono 1/4" analog inputs on the card)

Is there some way to get input one to go to 1/2 L and input 2 to go to
1/2 R?

I had it doing this for a while but I had to switch to 96k for a while
and now I cant get it back again!

Or could this be a setting in Sonar? I did notice that while recording
in Sound Forge I did have it working that way (at 96k) so maybe this
is not a Patchmix problem at all.

Any thoughts, ideas or tutorials? I checked the tutorial pdfs that
came with the card and they dont seem to say anything about it.

Thanks!!

Scott
