Default Glass Audio 3/1999

Desperately need to find someone who has this volume of Glass Audio.
In an article entitled "New Push-Pull Tube Amplifiers" the author has
referenced
some sources for the theory behind the article. I have read the
article on the net but the references were
not included. Can someone please advise what the references are?

*Have you checked AudioXPress, the publishers?

*Several libraries have Glass Audio and will have a xerocopy of an
article made for you, also.

Thanks for responding so quickly.

AudioXPress was the first place I checked and I have to buy all six
issues in the 1999 volume.
Freight cost to Australia meant I would be spending around $60 to read
one article that I have already read. (except for the references)
So it remains the option of last resort. I tried on-line searches of
libraries in Australia but I can't find it here. .

I had not considered the possibilty of a photocopy from an overseas
library. I am not sure how strict they are about that option in Oz but
I will investigate further.

Thanks again.

Mike, you beat me to it. Wanna play tennis instead? I give old guys a
handicap...

Floyd, you can order the AES papers from them; I have 3887 listed
above and it is pretty hard going. If you're buying the "Lab Report",
listed at 3 above by the excellent Mike, from Plitron, also buy
Menno's book "Transformers and Tubes in Power Amplifiers" which tells
you in expanded form much of what is in his AES papers. There are
reviews Menno's two books mentioned above on my netsite at
