That's a popular question and the answer has always been "no." I'm
surprised that Dolby has never created one. It would have to be under
their license. I guess nobody else has ever thought that it was worth
while and Dolby figured that anyone with an analog tape deck who was
transferring tapes to digital would have the hardware.
