Notebook soundcard for listening?
I subscribe to Rhapsody and I've been using my onboard laptop sound
for listening, and was wondering if anyone knew of a good PCMCIA card under $50 worth buying. I won't be recording with it, just listening. Thanks, Jeff |

I could probably find something to hold against them from a high end point of view, but in the real world it takes input capability requirements for me to supplement with an external something. Although the D/A is not the greatest, I've found that, if listening by phones, following with a headphone amp provides significant improvement. Earbuds and in-ears are sufficiently sensitive that there is no additional benefit. Bob Morein (310) 237-6511 All right guys. Thanks. Jeff |
