Default FA: 2 RelCap 5uF/200VDC 10% caps and 4.7nF polyester bypass caps

I decided to modify my RAM Music Reference tube preamp and these are
the large original output caps from that preamp. They are nominally
5uF/200VDC film and foil capacitors, but they actually measure 4.95
and 4.84uF. They were by-passed with two 4.7nF Diel 10% polyester caps
that I am including. (They actually measure 4.69nF and 4.6nF.) As you
can see from the picture, the leads of the RelCap caps are short, but
they will reach through a PCB board. They were carefully unsoldered
and not cut from the board.
