Any proof that he's trying to distort the record? Look up the phrase "truth in reporting" in YOUR dictionary, Rudy. The one with the inscription "Approved by Krueger, Lionel and Torresists". Look in a mirror and ask yourself if you are part of the problem or part of the solution? And then lecture us about increasing the audio content on RAO. Let's start with a poll among RAO's active posters to see how many think that Krueger has smeared and flamed more specific different people, for a longer period of time, than any other RAO poster. Since you like to use past Google threads, they can look at a thread entitled "Have You Had A Bad Krueger Experience" to get a better idea of the truth you'd like to hide and/or ignore. Then we can ask people to vote on whether you're deliberatly deceptive posting of a response to Pinkerton came before or after he attacked me. I love the "Chef" episode in which Lenny Henry goes to a French wine shop and asks for "vin anglais". And they gave him .... what? A pint of Guiness, or Devon cream? A good sneering. The easiest way to chose a wine is to do like "George M. Middius" the most expensive is the best... Yes, and so often a "George M. Middius" type is found to be happily drinking the Bose Acoustimess of wine and congratulating himself on his "good taste". :-0 This save (lol) you a lot of time in painful (lol) and boring (lol) repeated tastings. ;-) "Winnnnnnnnnnnnnnnne is on my side" |

After all the ridiculous accusations he's made against JA, Wheeler, Bamborough, etc.? It was probably just a gratuitous personal slur, the kind we know all too well on RAO. You are probably right, but Bath is a pompous ass. |

I assume they were critical. Let's hope that the moderators don't consider themselves immune to criticism. Now, if it were for repeated fallacious and defamatory comments, that is another story. I don't know what Arny said, so I withhold my judgement. While I don't know what specific comments Dr.Bath was referring to, there are certain things that I *do* know, from several years of my own, personal expererince posting on RAHE. The moderators on RAHE, David Bath and for quite a while, Armand Dreyer are actually university profesors who do this on a volunterr basis. A lot of latitude is given to posters as far as what they can say there as long as they confine their attacks to the message and not take personal pot shots at the messenger. If you go there, you'll see plenty of people like Pinkerton and few other objectives, regularly taking shots at what the subjectivists there have to say (Pinkerton likes to call other peoples' posts "absolute rubbish" - and that is allowed. All that said, I can tell you from personal experience with the moderators and *my* posts that prior to Krueger's being banned from RAHE his personal attacks there against me many times crossed the line into the same kind o vitriol, only slightly attenuated, that you see on RAO. Do you really think he can change? Don't be silly. The actual facts are as follows. On more than one occasion Krueger managed to post some pretty nasty stuff directed at me on RAHE. When I responded, the moderators stepped in and told me to tone it down, in effect, which I did. On at least one occasion, I was told by one of the moderators, and I recall it being Dr.. Bath, that they had also rejected posts of Krueger's which were much worse than anything I wrote that was also rejected. This is the type of atmosphere and disregard for civil discourse that Krueger brought to RAHE. I suspect, although it's just a theory, that Krueger's rationalizations for why he was bvanned from RAHE represented a distortion of what really happened. I'm sure that whatever Dr. Bath is referring to, it was in all probability some sort of false statements that Krueger made about the moderating team. That is the kind of person most of us know Krueger to be, and it doesn't matter what NG is involved. Bruce J. Richman |
