Maybe, maybe not. Set it up maybe 20 feet away in a good room and play into
it, then put the schoeps in the same place and play into that and compare the
two. Both are very neutral microphones so there isn't going to be a huge
difference, but there will be some difference and that difference will be
enlightening.
