Default Mic advise

I really like my pair of NT1-A's, and I'm not too picky.
I'm recording a classical guitar in a small room, and I
am ready to try one or two omni's to see whether I can
get a more natural sound. My most important requirements
are low self-noise and a flat frequency response. I am
looking for recommendations for such a pair of omni's.

I would first like to know whether my move to omni's would
be a good one in this case. If the consensus is not, then
I will probably buy some at say, $100/pair. If the reverse
is true, then I would like to spend around $400/pair.

As always, thanks!

The Rode NT-5's with omni capsules work OK for this and are not too
expensive, but they are not $100/pair.
