question about marshall JCM 900 and fuses.

i plugged my JCM into a 4x12 which aparently was blown. i powered it up and it
was cool. i hit standby and the indicator just shut off. i figured "ok, i blew
a fuse. must be a bad cab or something." i bought new fuses and plugged into a
cab i knew was good and the same thing happened again. one of the fuses blew.
the 3.15 amp fuse that is. what's wrong with my head? my marshall head that is.

My JCM800 did the same thing, then shocked me. Unreliability is why I
got rid of the thing.
