We've had excellent response from Bayview Pro Audio, but no info on
international transactions.

and shipping on international customers. Watch out for high customs
brokerage fees if using any transport other than Fedex Air or Fedex
Expedited, or UPS International Air Express services. At times the brokerage
fees can be higher than the taxes and import duties combined.

I have worked with Klay, good place to shop
I also have never had a problem with Bayview
BH's style /policies /prices turned me off , i have never bought from them,
so they may be reliable, just not my kind of supplier

FWIW, I've known Klay Anderson for years... and have to say that I have found
him to be one of the most reliable people in the professional audio equipment
sales industry... from the list you posted, and from my experience...
"klay.com" will provide you with the best service of the bunch [though not
being in the 'field of surveillance of assailants'... I have no idea about
"Mineroff"... they could be the coolest people going, I just don't ever run
into them... at least not that I know of]
