I am contemplating getting the M-Audio Microtrack II for recording the
digital out of my preamp/ADC combo and am wondering about the quality
of the Microtrack's digital input. Did somebody test the digital input
and found out whether it is bit-perfect? If not, can somebody
recommend another portable flash recorder with a bit-perfect digital
input?

I intend to record at 24-Bit 44.1 in case that's relevant.
