Well, GOIA will never admit that his actual experience with the Field
Artillery is zero. No matter.

What we can conclude from GOIA's confession here is that his hearing
must have been severely damaged as a result of his exposure to
"several" ADA live-fire exercises.

It is this severe hearing damage that caused him to lose all interest
in audio.

Perhaps it also caused the horrible headaches that started about the
time "Francis" first appeared. ;-)

No, but there isn't any other rational reason for some of his recent
statements. Voices in his head is the only possible cause, unless he's
been talking with God again.
