You'd think do, but I haven't seen that yet. It would be cheaper, though.

trimmer is absolutely necessary.


Well, the alternative is using laser-trimming like Analog Devices does...
and that isn't cheap either although it's less labour-intensive.


You could eliminate the mechanical aspect by using one of those electronic
thimpots and storing the value in non-volatile memory !
