I have been using my Sangean digital FM tuner for over a month now. The
sound is generally very good but I do hear some strange artifacts on high violin harmonics. Many of the programs (Vermont Public Radio) have the right and left channels reversed and I have been talking to the engineers about it (so far to no avail). They also do too much volume compression - to satisfy automobile listeners no doubt. The tuner also does a good job of pulling in CBC2 which transmits from Sherbrook, Canada (no channels reversed there). ---MIKE--- In the White Mountains of New Hampshire (44° 15' N - Elevation 1580') |
