A google search on Sinclair Radionis led to this

http://www.nvg.ntnu.no/sinclair/audio/hifi.htm

which refers to two speakers, the Q14 and Q16.

Thanks for the link..

I saw that page while doing a search..but that "Sinclair" seems to be UK
stuff from the 60's and 70's. The loudspeakers I seen are from 2003, the
spec sheet have an address in Quebec, Canada (might be a distributor),

the
boxes say... made in China. Can't remember which model number the

speaker
are, but I think they are SA 265.

Sinclair Radionics did Audio Amps and gadgets in the in the 60s 70s,
they had either the first or nearly the first Digital Watch too.
then became Sinclair Research in mid 70s or so ,
and then designed and made some of the first low cost home computers,
the ZX80 which was sold in kit form and contained 20 Integrated Circuits,
then the ZX81 which contained a grand total of 4 (FOUR) ICs,
then they released the colour ZX Spectrum in 1982,
the ZX81 and the ZX Spectrum were also made under license by Timex for the
US market,
known as the TMS I believe,
and also they were made under license in the Soviet Union in the 80s.
the last Computer Sinclair made was a 68000 based machcine called the QL

for
Quantum Leap,
it was on a par with the Macintosh at the time but let down by a stupid

tape
drive and died.
Amstrad then bought the Sinclair Computer division, and sold them along

side
their own Z80 based machines.
there prob was 10 or 20 million Sinclair (and clones) computers made and
sold world wide !!!???

I dug a bit deeper today and found out they are distributed through Ericson
consumer (sp?) Also found a couple of old posts on a hi-fi message board.
The posters were seeking the same info as me. The response from one guy
states an engineer from Paradigm started this line of speakers about 1 yr
ago.

Another response says Sinclair Audio is a sub-brand of a company that makes
the "Quest" line...basically the Sinclair line is their upscale line. So I
guess who knows what the heck the truth is. Until they advertise more or get
a web site I won't know much. But thanks again to all who responded. This is
a great NG
