Folks, I'm looking for a wireless way to get fm my TV to an earbud -
understood that the latter has to plug into something or other. That
SOO shd be compact and with a shortish wire to the earbud. Nothing
exotic here, but I just haven't found it.

I'm not interested in wireless headphones, based on their bulk.

Consumer-level pricing/quality. I've been all over this group and
Google, but nothing jumped out. Any hope?

How about a radio transmitter such as the ones used to get an iPod signal
into a car stereo?

You can find very small FM receivers (the size of a pack of gum) and both
pieces shouldn't be too much money.
