don't bother to fill out a police report when they scare away a
criminal with their gun.

**I don't have a dogmatic stance on guns. I have a logical, rational stance
on gun control laws and the appropriate checks and balances which surround
those laws. BTW: What has happened in my own country? Does it have anything
to do with the homicide rate, via gunshot, which is 1/10th that of the US?
Or is it something else?
