I am trying to find a source for BB OPA2604AP-ND. Any help in
locating these would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Mirek

How about a BB distributor? If Digi-Key comes up dry, try Kellner Electronics.
Kellner can get anything in the BB book, although last I looked they had a
$200 minimum. The nice thing about Digi-Key and Mouser is that you can afford
to just order one or two of something.

OK, asking where you were was just a temporary diversion. OPA2604AP-ND
is Digi-Key's part number and they show no stock. TI also shows no
stock in the US with delivery expected in August, but some European
sources have them. So for once if you're in Bunglovia you might be in
luck.

The only place I was able to find them (through a broker) was
China The digikey has them on back-order until 12/2007. :-(

Thanks Scott, I'll give them a shout on Monday and see if they have
them.

So, wait.
Or try stocking distributors like Future and Active.

Reagan's change to the tax charged on unsold inventory is the reason this
sort of thing happens in the US. The whole "Just-In-Time" crap is mostly
an attempt to keep inventory taxes down.

The Asian distributors are more apt to keep a lot of inventory on hand, but
for a lot of parts they're paranoid about obsolescence.... too many things
become obsolete before they're out of the warehouse...
