Default PCI card with I2S output

I am looking for such a card which can stream audio out
of I2S interfaces.

AFAIK I2S is pretty dead as an external interface.

I am interested to 5.1 multichannel,
i.e. 3 I2S for LR, C+LFE, Ls+Rs.

Finding a Dolby decoder with digital outputs is pretty challenging, as well.

Stereo may also work is there anything around?

Methinks you are looking for unobtanium squared.

I cannot find anything in the web

You might be able to make one by buffering out some intenal lines in an
existing surround processor.
