Hi:
Just purchased a used but pristine Technics SL-BD20 turntable (w/an AT3003 cartridge). Problem: it starts playing OK and then goes into this distorted mode in which there is this very regular low end rumble pulse. It seems visually like the arm isn't staying down securely - as if it needs more weight to hold it down. I don't have the manual - and there seems to be no user-adjustable tracking or skating controls. Any suggestions? Thanks. Orrin Cheverly, MD |
