Of course I'm talking about the Prestige Series, such as the Westminster Royal, GRF Memory HE, Stirling, and the one I just heard and enjoyed, the Turnberry HE. Now that I've gotten into vintage tube amps, Tannoy seems to be an interesting option. Take a listen to the i5 coupled with a sub. Amazingly enough, that's what A&F is using. But it can't possibly be of any quality, now can it? Plus you can **** all over them and they'll never miss a beat, since they're "indoor/outdoor" speakers. Why not just get a "rock" speaker like they sell for gardens and get it over with? |
