Default Kenwood T-31 tuner power supply voltage

As an update if anyone is reading this in future, I hooked it up to a
24v unregulated supply and it worked fine but the power transistor in
the power section got too hot to touch within a few minutes. Maybe a
few too many volts!

Searching for a ~16v adapter I came across another $5 tuner which just
works. So it may be a while until I get the Kenwood going. Thanks for
all the input, though.
