This is Ferstler you're addressing. "Discussion" in Ferstlerland means an
opportunity for Harold to demonstrate his own personal perpetual motion
machine.

Yeah, like a looped piano roll.

Interesting that you've never noticed the identical same situation with Mr.
Middius. The really scary part is that I made a good part of the piano roll
that Middius plays again and again and again.

You obviously want short, easy messages. However, sometimes
discussing reality demands a bit more than usenet's version
of a sound bite.

Clerkie, you've completely lost it. You are attempting to have a Usenet
debate about "God", which is pretty much the opposite of reality.

You and Krooger should double up in an insane asylum. You might get a
group discount.

I do not think that Arny's views concerning God, or for that
matter Packer's views of reincarnation and underlying
reality, are one bit more weird than typical tweako audio
views of the hi-fi hobby.

One would think that most tweakos would line up to support
Arny in any debate about the existence of God.

Finally, while I certainly have been off topic of late, I am
no more so than some of you guys are with other topics. You
in particular. At least a discussion concerning belief in
God can be related to a belief in audio mysticism.

Regarding reality (referring to your comment), my guess is
that is something you have yet to come face to face with on
the ultimate level. At least Arny has done this, although I
disagree with his conclusions.

Would it surprise you to learn that the vast majority of audio enthusiasts
think you're crazy as a bedbug?

It would surprise me to learn that you were aware of what
the vast majority of audio enthusiasts were thinking about
anything. I suppose you have taken a poll of thousands of
them. Or do you consider the misfits on RAO as
representative of audio enthusiasts in general?

Point!

(Sorry, George, but that was a point).

That's the kind of thing you should leave out: arguing both sides to
your own advantage.

Some philosophers (hopefully the good ones) love to argue
both sides. Believe it or not, I even sympathize with some
of the arguments given by tweakos about audio.
