I own a new Apple iMac - 2GHz Intel Duel Core model. I've just bought
a Roland RD700SX digital stage piano which can connect to the Apple via
a USB cable.

With the keyboard came a CD containing drivers for the PC/Mac. I've
installed the relevant drivers & connected computer to keyboard - but
nothing happens.

Having said that, I'm not sure what I expected to happen!

Do I need to get hold of some software?

Actually, my question is more general than that - I would like to know
if there's some kind of tutorial (either online or in a book) that can
take me through the whole process of music-making using my set-up.

Grateful for any advice.
