Question about active monitors

I have a pair of KRK RP-8's, which has both balanced and unbalanced
inputs(RCA, XLR & 1/4"), and I am wondering if it's safe (for the monitors)
to run both outputs, one from a Delta 1010LT and another from a Firewire
Audiophile, into the same pair?
