![]() -You mean slap echo from the wall or? not shure Slap echo from buildings down the street.... slap echo from cars in the parking lot. A really good place would be a tree-lined area with one nearby building, but you take what you can get. My kid is the lead snare in the HS drumline, and that slapback of a coordinated whack on a snare can come from a building 200 yards away. It's amazing, but true. Some snares use directors on the bottom head to reflect the sound forward instead of into the ground. Might be something to play with if they're too loud. -John O |
