I just bought a Mini-Me and am using it in conjunction with a Digi001.
I don't get how to use the dithering capabilities on it with the limited ins and outs that I have. What would be a workable signal flow to do this? Digidesign doesn't recognize the USB functionality of the Mini-Me. Is there a work-around I'm not seeing? Anyone have experience using these two pieces together? Thanks in advance for any advice. pusher. |

Just curious, why would you want to dither using the mini-me? My belief
is that there are rather good algorithms available in the computer, perhaps as plugins. Gunnar |

You can't. The Mini-me only converts analogue to digital, not back
again. You will need something like the Mini-DAC to go back to analogue. Forget the USB connection. Use S/PDIF. In Protools go to hardware setup and select external clock via s/pdif. Chris |
