Default CHEAP MIC BUT ITS IT ANY GOOD?

I am after a good recording microphone for home use and have a budget
of £200. (UK) I have found a groove tube GT-67 microphone which is
normally £750 to buy new but on the eBay it's only at £16, with 7
days left. Is this a good microphone for general home recording use,
vocals, acoustic guitar? I was going to bid £200 for this but not sure
if its right for what I need or a good price for a second hand
microphone.

This is the one:

Thanks in Advance

For the money, you can't beat the Shure KSM27 condenser. It has a low
roll-off, a 15db pad and is awesome on acoustic guitar. It should run
about 200 pounds or so.
