I have a $20,000 house and I have a dedicated room for stereo.

I have been to his house, thought it is a very nice house, an executive
home, it is not a mansion. I would imagine that a good portion of
the value lies in the land. I would think that his lot value would exceed
$800,000. One could probably purchase a similar home
in Cedar Rapids, Iowa for under $500,000.
