CBS refused to run a MoveOn ad because it was too controversial, yet as clamnebula pointed out, they ran all this other stuff.. Clamnebula, wasn't advocating censorship, he was exposing CBS's partisanship and hypocrisy. Um, the truth of the matter is that the MoveOn.org ad was a political ad. Period. Whether the other ads were controversial or not is irrelevent, they weren't political ads. CBS was not partisan, not hypocritical. They were straightforward and said they don't run such ads. Show me a Super Bowl that has run political ads for that matter... Fox, NBC, ABC?........ They just don't do it. It is the same stuff when they lose an election. It's always some nefarious plot to stifle them. Liberalism is Communism one drink at a time. - P.J. O'Rourke |
